New material in this edition oncludes updated and revised recommendations for treatment an prevention of influenza, including Novel A/H1N1 (table 14A), management of community-associated MRSA and other resistant bacteria (Table 6), treatment options for highly resistant bacteria (Table 5) and current regimens of antiretroviral therapy (Table 14D).
